The Deepest Ports in the World

Harbours ranked by approach channel depth, with anchorage depth, tidal range and maximum accommodated vessel class.

How this is ranked: Channel depth is the binding constraint on a port's trade: a vessel drawing more water than the approach allows cannot call at all, however much berth capacity sits ashore. It explains why some small harbours handle the largest ships.
